Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier we are happy to store your luggage, and we will get you into your room sooner whenever one is ready.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request - please ask the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Yes. Self-parking is complimentary for all guests, including spaces for trailers and oversized vehicles.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is free in every room and throughout the hotel, with no sign-up required.

Yes. Our heated outdoor pool and hot tub are open seasonally, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Towels are provided poolside.

Dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly rooms for a nightly fee. Please let us know when booking so we can assign the right room. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made later, and no-shows, are charged the first night including tax.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online through our secure payment partner. At the hotel we also accept cash. A card is requested at check-in for incidentals.

The south entrance of the park is about 14 miles from the hotel, usually a 25-minute drive. Allow extra time in summer and check road conditions in winter.
