These terms apply to reservations made directly with Sierra Gateway Inn.
Reservations
A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking number. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Rates and payment
Rates are per room, per night. Tax and a service fee are shown before you confirm. Bookings paid online are charged at the time of booking; bookings marked "pay at hotel" are settled at the front desk.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night including tax.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability.
House rules
All rooms are non-smoking. Pets are welcome in designated rooms for a nightly fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
