Information we collect
When you make a booking or create an account we collect your name, contact details, stay details and any requests you share. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number or security code.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your reservation, take payment, send booking emails and respond to your enquiries. With your consent we send occasional offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the hotel (payment processing, email delivery, image hosting) and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting the hotel.
